Our experience shows that bodyshop management software available on the market hardly suit our needs. We went on to create our own proprietory bodyshop management software that mirrors our exact needs. We are able to track all aspects of vehicle as they come into our bodyshop, through the parts ordering and repair process to the final pre-delivery inspection process onto release of vehicles, through to final payments. Along the way, our customers are kept informed of their vehicle repair progress through a SMS based System under Merimen Workshop Management System intergrated with motor claims of most of the insurance companies.
 
 
     
 
ISO 9001:2000 Certification
 

We recognized early on that to ensure consistent quality repair standards, modern repair practices requires all aspects of the collision repair process to be regulated and systemized. In this respect we submit our operations to ISO compliance regiment. After long and sustained effort we are found compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and awarded ISO Certificate no : 843888 by Moody International Certificatio LTD.

We may add that to date we are the only independent car bodyshop in the country to be certified under ISO 9001:2000.

As the saying goes “The only constant is change”. We will continue to hold fast to our philosophy of “KAIZEN” and continue our journey of incremental improvements to met the challenges of our industry, to serve our customers who place their trust in us to have their vehicles repaired in the best possibles manner.
